Usage Instructions:

• Place 5 – 10 ml of the oil in your mouth and swish it around for 5 – 10 minutes before expelling.
• Rinse with warm water for two minutes and expel.
• Slightly warm the oil for gargling and for application on the teeth.
• Also beneficial when applied on the scalp.
