Non-Delivery of Products

If your order is not delivered, Jashcheru will take immediate action upon receiving your query. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process a refund upon approval of your claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving the product:

  1. Take a clear snapshot of the outer packaging and the received items.
  2. Email the images to support@atirucart.com or call us for assistance.
  3. Based on your request, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement, subject to product availability.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
  • A valid invoice must be provided with the return.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be processed within 4 days.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • For damaged items, a full refund will be provided upon verification.
