About the Product:
- Millets serve as an excellent base for a multitude of Indian delicacies such as Khichadi, Pulav, and Upma. Rinse the Kodo Millet several times and let it soak in water for 4-8 hours. They can be sprouted or used straight away to prepare Idli or Dosa Batter. The pre-soaked or sprouted Kodo millet can be dried and then ground into flour. This millet flour can be mixed with regular wheat flour to create Chapatis, Puris, Breads, and Cookies.
