How to Use:

• Take a tablespoon in a glass of warm water on an empty stomach.
• Create a hair mask by combining Amla Powder, Shikakai Powder, and Curd. Form a paste and apply it on the scalp and hair. Massage thoroughly. Wait for 30 minutes and rinse off with water. Mix Amla with Honey or Curd to form a paste. Apply on the face and neck. Keep it for 30 minutes and wash it off.
