Teame Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

• Ginger
• Clove
• Black Pepper
• Lemon peel
• Lemongrass
• Hibiscus

• Use 2 grams of loose leaf for each cup you prepare
• Pour water heated to 100 °C
• Cover and allow the infusion to steep for 3-5 minutes
• Strain before serving
• Best savored as a light brew without adding milk
• Can also be prepared using a microwave
• Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired
