Teabox Organic Ashwagandha Green Tea Loose Leaves
Ingredients:- Ashwagandha, Green Tea, Cardamom
- Add 2 grams of loose leaves to a cup and pour in hot water just before it reaches boiling at 80-85 degrees Celsius, allowing it to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- For a second infusion, steep for 4-5 minutes at 85-90 degrees Celsius
