Tamas Pure Ayurveda Superfood Organic Licorice Root Powder

Ingredients: Pure organic licorice root

For Consumption: 1- Blend 1/2 tsp each of licorice (mulethi) root powder, sitopaladi churna, and honey in a glass of warm water. Consume this twice daily.

2- Take a mixture of mulethi powder, amla powder, ballgirl powder, and giloy powder with warm water.

For Hair: Combine 2 tbsp each of mulethi, haritaki, henna, and reetha powder in water. Add 1 tbsp of almond oil and castor oil. Apply this hair mask evenly onto your scalp and then wash your hair with shampoo. Use once a week.

For Skin: 1) Mix 1 tbsp each of amla and mulethi powder with a spoonful of rose water and apply it over your face. Use this face pack every other day.

2) Apply a face mask made from a paste of mulethi powder and rose water.

For Dry Skin: Add 10 drops of kumkumadi tailam to 2 tbsp of mulethi powder and spread it evenly on your face to enhance complexion and diminish blemishes and spots.
