Suggested use:
Food: As a nutritional supplement, incorporate 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp daily. Blend amla powder with honey, lime juice, and water for a revitalizing beverage. Amla powder is also perfect for sprinkling on fruits or enhancing fresh juices.
Hair: 1) Mix lemon juice with amla powder in a bowl and apply this mixture to your scalp for 5 minutes. Leave it for 10 minutes before rinsing with a gentle shampoo.
2) In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of amla powder with shikakai powder. Gradually add water to form a smooth paste. Apply this hair mask thoroughly on your hair and scalp. Allow the mask to sit for 40 minutes before shampooing.
