Utilized as a Sun Protector, the absorbent Avocado oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and E. It can be applied directly to your skin or blended with your preferred beauty products.
Directions: Gently massage a generous amount of avocado oil into your skin after bathing. You may use the avocado oil on its own or incorporate a few drops into one of your daily body lotions. Facial oil moisturizer: Fill two-thirds of a 1-ounce bottle with avocado oil. Top off the remaining third with another nourishing oil such as Argan. Add three to four drops of lavender or rose essential oil and shake well. Dispense a little of your homemade oil onto the palm of your hand, and apply it to your face. You may also use the oil as a hand moisturizer. This oil is intended for external use only. Do not swallow or ingest this oil.
