Svastya Cultured Ghee
Svastya organic farms Cultured Ghee is crafted without using fresh cream or Malai. Fresh milk undergoes boiling, is allowed to cool naturally, and is then inoculated with a Curd starter to ferment overnight. During the early hours before dawn (Brahmamuhurtham), the curd is churned to extract fresh white butter (Vennai/Benne) through the traditional 'Bilona' method, involving slow clockwise and counterclockwise churning, which is subsequently clarified over firewood.Ingredients:
