Ingredients: 

• Black Assam tea, Oil of Bergamot for natural flavoring.

How To Use:

Place one tea stick in a pre-warmed cup and pour freshly boiled water over it. Stir the tea stick to move and circulate the leaves for desired strength. For the best flavor, let the tea stick steep for 3 minutes, then remove it and sweeten with sugar or honey as preferred.
