Place a tea stick into a pre-warmed cup and pour freshly boiled water. Stir the tea stick to mix and circulate the leaves until the desired strength is achieved. For optimal flavor, allow the tea stick to steep for 3 minutes. Remove and sweeten with sugar or honey as preferred.
