• Mix the entire contents of the blonder powder with developer in a bowl using a 1:2 ratio.
• Apply the blend to the selected hair strand with an applicator brush.
• Rinse hair after 30 minutes with shampoo and lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
• Subsequently, towel dry the hair strands.
