Our Madua is procured from small-scale farms reliant on rainfall and cultivated using traditional methods. The flour is crafted through a German holistic Zentrofan vortex flour mill. This pioneering vortex technology mills whole grains at temperatures below 38°C using a single lava stone, ensuring all the essential nutrients of these precious grains are retained.
