• Step 1: Begin by applying Sesa Regain Ayurvedic Hair Growth Oil, ensuring it is at the ideal temperature (slightly warm during colder months and at ambient temperature during warmer months) initially to the front part of the head (four fingers from the hairline), then to the entire scalp.
• Step 2: Massage the head: Use the Sesa Udvartana Upakarnam (massager) included in the kit to gently knead your head with small circular movements following Anulom Gati (starting from the scalp and moving along the hair strands). Continue massaging for 5 to 7 minutes on all key marmas (pressure points). Leave on overnight or for 2 hours before rinsing. For optimal results, apply the oil twice weekly for a minimum of 3 months.
