Directions For Use:

• Twist the pencil and apply it with smooth precision as kohl, and eyeliner, or a brow-filler.
• Use the sponge on the other end to shape, blend or smudge the kohl for deeper and thicker definition.
• This completely non-toxic formula is not guaranteed to be smudge-proof.
• For best results, make sure to dab some powder underneath to avoid it from bleeding into the skin.
