• Ensure hands and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
• Sterilize the bowl and spoon by immersing them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down.
• Measure and add the advised amount of Poushtik into the bowl.
• Gradually incorporate the recommended amount of water while stirring continuously to achieve a smooth consistency.
• Consume the prepared food within 30 minutes to prevent microbial growth. Discard any leftovers.
