Usage Directions 

Organic Toor Dal is versatile for everyday lentil dishes. It is typically used in making puranpoli, sweet-sour dal, sambhar, or dal fry. Often paired with vegetable pulao, jeera rice, and steamed rice, toor dal also serves as a filling for sandwiches, sweets, and desserts. 

Recipe

Soak the organic toor dal for around 20 minutes before cooking. Cook the dal in a pressure cooker. Sauté chopped onion, green chili, coriander, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Add turmeric powder and cumin. Combine with the cooked toor dal, adding water as needed. Allow it to simmer, and enhance the flavor by garnishing with kasturi methi.
