Recipe

• Organic Little Millet is versatile for preparing porridge, Pongal, kheer, Upma, and kichdi.
• Create millet lemon rice using Little Millet grains. Combine 2 cups of water with the millet and allow it to simmer. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and incorporate mustard seeds, red chili, urad dal, and peanuts. Roast the blend, then add ginger, chilies, and curry leaves. Introduce hing and turmeric to the mixture, turn off the heat, and mix in the cooked millet. Stir with lemon juice and salt. Serve warm alongside chutney.
