Ingredients:

• Organic Raw Steelcut Oats
  

How to use:

• In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water or milk to a boil. 
• Mix in 1/2 cup of Nutriorg Gluten-Free Steelcut Oats and reduce the heat to medium; 
• Add a pinch of salt (for a savory taste) or a spoonful of Nutriorg Certified Organic Honey (for sweetness) 
• Cook thoroughly, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. 
• Remove from heat.
• Cover and let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
