• Wheat Germ oil for skin- Combine 5 drops of wheat germ oil with 2 tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel. Gently massage into your face and allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes before rinsing.

• Wheat germ oil for hair- Mix 5-7 drops of wheat germ oil with virgin olive oil or almond oil. Apply this warmed mixture to your scalp, massaging softly. If experiencing dandruff or an itchy scalp, add a few drops of pure Neem oil.
