Ingredients:

Directions to Use:

• For Hair:
• Take 2 tablespoons of Fenugreek Seed in a bowl and blend with 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil.
• Mix the ingredients thoroughly and apply this mixture to your hair, focusing on the roots.
• Allow it to dry for 10 minutes, then rinse off with a gentle shampoo.
• For Skin:
• Mix 2 tablespoons each of Fenugreek Seed powder and Multani Mitti Powder with 1 tablespoon each of yogurt and milk.
• Add five drops of rosemary oil.
• Prepare a mask before use, store it in a glass jar, and stir well.
• Apply to your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
• Rinse away with clear water.
