Ingredients:

Directions to Use:

• Take 1 tablespoon of Amla Powder.
• Combine with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 3 tablespoons of water to form a paste.
• Amla oil or egg can also be added.
• Carefully apply the mixture to the hair and let it sit for an hour.
• Rinse off with regular water to achieve naturally lustrous and healthy hair.
• For Skin:
• Mix 1 tablespoon of Amla Powder with water and apply this blend to your face.
• Allow it to rest for 15 minutes before rinsing with regular water.
