Many conventional products incorporate phthalates, MEA, and petroleum oils to stabilize, emulsify, and maintain uniform thickness across varying temperatures. Our natural organic offerings are free from these and other synthetic additives. During particularly warm weather, products, especially balms, might soften or melt during transit due to heat exposure in delivery vehicles or bags.

Always store them in a cool location, away from direct sunlight or heat. If softening occurs, place them back in a cool area to restore their consistency.

We take great care in packaging and shipping all balms and salves with external insulation like thermocol to ensure they reach you intact, without melting or spills.

Avoid using contaminated or wet fingers in the jar. Once opened, use within 4-5 months for optimal effectiveness.

Step 1:

Dispense a few pumps of the hair mask based on your hair's length and thickness.

Step 2:

Apply to the scalp and gently massage in soothing, circular motions for five minutes. Distribute the mask from the roots to the ends.

Step 3:

Leave on for 30 minutes (or even overnight), then cleanse and rinse with JC's Organic Mild Shampoo.

After washing, allow your hair to dry completely. To retain moisture, apply the JC leave-in conditioner to fully dry hair.
