Isha Life Ragi Dosa Mix

Ingredients:

• Ragi, Rice, Urad dal, Fenugreek, Sago, and Stone salt.

How to use:

• Combine equal parts of Ragi Dosa Mix and water, add half a portion of curd (optional), and a pinch of salt to create a smooth batter. For enhanced taste, consider incorporating grated coconut, diced vegetables, coriander, or curry leaves.
• Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
• Warm a flat pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with oil. Pour a tablespoon of the batter onto the pan, spreading it in circular motions to create a dosa or pancake.
• Drizzle a bit of oil over the top and edges of the dosa/pancake. Once the surface appears cooked and firm, flip it to cook the opposite side for approximately a minute.
• Fold the dosa in half and serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney, sambar, or pickle.
