Directions / Dosage:

For External Application as a Face Pack: Blend 2 teaspoons of the powder with rosewater or milk to form a paste. Apply evenly over the face. Allow it to sit for ten to fifteen minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Ingest 1-2 teaspoons in warm water or buttermilk and consume twice daily before meals.
