Hillgreen Natural Senna Tea
Ingredients:- Dried Senna Leafs (tea cut).
Preparation:
- Bring 100 ml of water to a boil in a teapot.
- Remove from heat, add 0.5 grams of Hillgreen Senna tea, cover the teapot, and allow it to steep for 7-8 minutes.
- For optimal results, consume 20-30ml, 2-3 times daily.
- Yields 200 cups when prepared with 0.5g (approx.) of Hillgreen Senna tea.
