Ingredients:- Nettle whole leaf.
Preparation:
- Bring 150-200 ml of water to a boil in a teapot.
- Set it aside, add 1.5 grams (2 tsp.) of Hillgreen Nettle tea, cover the teapot with a lid, and allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes.
- For a richer flavor, consider adding palm sugar, Stevia drops, or honey during the brewing process.
- Yields 25 cups when prepared with 1.6g (approx.) of Hillgreen Nettle tea.
