Amla, commonly referred to as the Indian Gooseberry and hailed as "The Health Rejuvenator", has been a cherished herb in the 5000-year-old tradition of Indian Ayurveda.

Directions to Use:
- For Health: Blend 1/2 tsp with milk, water, or your preferred smoothie.
- For Hair: Measure the desired amount of Amla Powder into a bowl. Optionally, mix with an equivalent amount of Multani Mitti / Fuller's Earth Powder.
- Add water to create a smooth paste. Ensure there are no lumps and that it is easy to apply.
- Spread it evenly across your hair and allow it to dry for 30-45 minutes.
- Rinse with regular water once it has dried.
