• Place Bhatura Atta in a mixing bowl and incorporate buttermilk. To prepare the dough for bhatura, add some oil during kneading, and allow the dough to rest for 30-45 minutes.
• Warm oil in a kadhai.
• Divide the dough into small pieces and generously oil the rolling surface and rolling pin.
• Deep fry the bhaturas and serve them hot.
