• Apply Pre-bleach Cream. Take 1 large spoon of crème and 1 small spoon of activator and blend thoroughly. Using a spatula, apply this mixture to the area to be bleached. Do not allow the bleach to remain on for over 15 minutes. Rinse using water and pat dry.
