- This timeless coffee from the 2023 harvest, Sandalwood Estate, is an indulgence with notes of sumptuous dark chocolate, sweet prune, and vibrant orange marmalade. This washed coffee of the Sarchimor variety thrives at the verdant coffee estate in Coorg. If you've savored our selections from Attikan and Baarbara Estates, you will appreciate the chocolatey essence of this medium dark roast. This full-bodied coffee offers a velvety, syrupy texture that is best experienced when prepared as an Espresso, pour over, or with an Aeropress, Moka Pot, or French Press. The lingering, sweet aftertaste of butter biscuits and dried fruit reveals itself magnificently when you let the brew cool slightly.
- Sandalwood Estate is nestled at an elevation of 1050 meters and has its roots dating back to 1878. The family currently overseeing it has been tending to the 200-acre estate since 1949. The estate's coffee beans are cultivated under shade in Suntikoppa and supplied both domestically and internationally to roasters in Italy, USA, Norway, and Russia
