- We are thrilled to reintroduce Monsoon Malabar from Hoysala Estate. The distinctive flavor profile of this coffee emerges as seasonal monsoon winds and humidity alter the beans' characteristics. This process has historical origins in colonial India, where a shipment bound for Europe encountered the full brunt of monsoon winds. Today, similar conditions are meticulously recreated in a controlled setting to ensure uniformity in each batch produced.
- Roasted to a medium-dark level, this coffee yields a medium-bodied cup with inviting sweet aromas reminiscent of butter biscuits, followed by notes of cacao nibs and dried fruit, and leaving a finishing touch of dark chocolate. Ideally enjoyed as an espresso, in a Moka Pot, or with a French press, the coffee's nutty flavor profile promises a delightful cup, whether enjoyed with milk or as a black coffee.
