• The boiled milk is transformed overnight into yogurt within a clay pot.
• In the morning, the yogurt is churned with a wooden churner.
• The butter (मक्खन) obtained is gently heated in iron or clay vessels to produce this exceptional Ghee. 

• We do not skim cream from the milk.
• We avoid making ghee from raw or processed cream or butter.
• We do not use milk from buffaloes or hybrid/foreign/cross-breed cows.
• We avoid the use of Aluminum vessels throughout the entire process.
