Heat oil and add tadka with chana dal, black gram, green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green peas, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, mixed vegetables, and add water when onions become brown. Enjoy this upma without compromising on flavor. Add lemon juice if desired.
