Ingredients :

Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit comprises a blend of three fruits, 

• Sariva - Creeper
• Haridra - Turmeric
• Haritaki - Myrobalan
• Chandan - Sandalwood
• Amla - Indian gooseberry 
• Yashtimadhu - Licorice root
• Bibhitaki - Belliric myrobalan 

Dose :

Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit should be taken under the guidance of an Ayurvedic specialist. Generally, the following protocol is recommended:

• Consume the supplement once or twice daily
• Ingest a quarter to half a tablespoon daily
• Combine the ghee with water prior to ingestion
• May be blended with Triphala churna for enhanced outcomes
• Also applicable externally in the Ayurvedic eye technique, Tarpana
