Drawing inspiration from the renowned culinary streets of Punjab, this traditional spice mix delivers the authentic dark-hued, tangy, and savory Punjabi chole with the ideal consistency for the gravy. 

Key Ingredients:

• Mixed Spices
• Cumin
• Pomegranate Seed
• Red Chilli
• Coriander
• Black Pepper
• Amchur
• Ajwain And Cassia

Directions of use:

• Immerse 150 g Kabuli chana in water overnight.
• Simmer them in ample water with 1tbsp salt until the chana is tender, then set aside.
• Finely dice 3 medium-sized onions (250 g) and sauté in 4 tbsp ghee (50 g) in a pan for 10-12 mins until they turn golden brown.
